just a handful of exercises possible with In-Home training with
Phytness At Home. One example is shown for each body part, but
there are more than enough exercise variations to keep each routine
fresh and exciting.
After you have built a good base level of fitness, the workouts are fast
paced and challenging, and will increase your energy levels,
decrease body fat and weight, add muscle tone and flexibility and
take you to a higher level of cardiorespiratory efficiency. In short,

Wall Squat to Biceps Curl to Overhead Press: Quadriceps, Glutes, Hamstrings,
Biceps,Triceps, Deltoids.
Ball Dumbbell Chest Press: Core muscles, Pectorals (chest), Triceps, Anterior Deltoid
(front of shoulder).
Single Leg Flying Row: Lower Lat, Biceps, Quadriceps, Hamstring.
Wall Stationary Squat to Overhead Press: Deltoids, Triceps, Quadriceps, Glutes.
Single Leg Biceps Curl: Biceps, Hip Flexor, Stabilizing Muscles of Core and Lower Leg.
Supine Triceps Extension on Ball: Triceps, Core.
Reverse Lunge: Glutes, Quadriceps, Hamstrings.
Hamstring Rolls on Ball: Hamstrings, Glutes, Core.
Crunch on Ball: Abdominals.
Side Lying Iso-ab (Plank): Obliques.
