The Initial Consultation and Fitness Assessment
This is the beginning point of the client's
relationship with the trainer. During the
Initial Consultation and Fitness Assessment,
the trainer will determine the starting level of
the training routine.
This is accomplished by assessing your
current level of fitness, health history and
concerns, special conditions, exercise
experience and determining body composition
by taking base circumference measurements
and body-fat% to track progress.
From there, with help from the trainer, you will
set realistic and safely attainable short,
medium and long term goals. This will help to
determine which routine and package fits you
best.
In-Home Personal Training: Individual and Small Group
In-Home Personal Training with Phytness At
Home is fun, fast, and focused on your
desire to look great in your wedding dress.
All the necessary equipment for a better than
gym quality workout will by provided by us,
right to your home. Experience a level of

In-Home training offers a convenient and
effective way to get in shape. 100% of the
Trainers focus is on you and your goals.

In-Home Training helps to eliminate some of
the stress of the busy months leading up to
your wedding. Exercise is one of the best
stress relieving methods available and our
benefits packages certainly help too!
Individual Packages ensure that you get the
greatest attention and most intense
workouts. Our Individual Training packages
are packed with the most benefits.
Small Group or Buddy Training is a more
affordable way to train. Lower rates, equal
benefits, added motivation and accountability
all make this a great way to work out.
Including a friend or relative makes the
workout fun, and pushes you even harder to

Pilates: A Stronger, Longer, Leaner You
Pilates is beneficial to forming long, lean
musculature. Integrated into the workout, or
if you prefer it as a whole separate workout, it
strengthens the muscles of the core and
greatly improves posture, helping you to
stand tall and beautiful.
Online Training
Online Training is the ultimate in
convenience and affordability. After an
initial training period, when you have learned
proper execution of the exercises, you will
receive your individualized routines via
e-mail from the trainer.
You can workout any time of the day or
night, whatever is most convenient for you.
The trainer will track your progress and make
adjustments to the workout as necessary.
Every month you can schedule a session to
learn new exercises or brush up on prior
exercise routines.
Online Training is also a great progression
from one of our other great packages. Our
purpose is to help you make fitness a
lifelong goal.
Online Meal Planning
The foods that you eat are a major part of
reaching your goals. Roughly 80% of any
weight loss program is dependant on the
"diet". A Registered Dietician is an excellent
source of information. So is our Online Meal
Planning program.
With help from the trainer you can determine
how many calories you take in compared to
how many you need to take in to safely lose
weight. A calorie deficit, while eating five or
six times a day, is the best way to lose
weight. The resistance training program
helps to burn calories and supplement
weight loss while adding muscle tone.
With a calorie counter and over 5,000 foods
listed, we can design a great meal plan with
foods you already like!
Boot Camps
Boot Camps are one of the most unique
methods of training. They are less
expensive than traditional personal training.
By giving you a loaded hour of fun and
exhilarating outdoor exercise, we will get you
in shape, introduce you to other brides with
similar goals and challenge you in every way.
All you need is a great attitude, your own body,
comfortable clothes and the desire to take
control of how you will look on your wedding
day.
By developing ongoing relationships with other trainers and instructors in the
valley we insure that if there is a service that we cannot provide, we will refer
you to someone that can.
