Nutrition and exercise go hand in hand in
weight loss.  Nutrition is responsible for
about 80% of weight loss.  It is a component
that is often overlooked.  The human body is
a representation of what we feed it.  If you
give it more than it can burn, you will gain
weight, if you give it less than it can burn, you
will lose weight.  Simple but still a little
complicated.  Phytness At Home will help you
develop a nutritional plan that will include the
foods that you like. Click on the nutrition link

Also known as Cardiorespiratory Training,
this is defined as "any physical activity that
involves and places a strain on the
cardiorespiratory system" which is
comprised of the heart, veins, blood vessels,
and the lungs.  The methods of training the
cardiorespiratory system are not limited to a
bike or stair stepper, they include resistance
training, athletics, housework, running after
the kids... you get the point.  "Cardio" is an
integral part of any weight loss, as it includes
all those calorie burning activities that will
help you reach your weight loss goals.
You may of heard this term before as
Functional Training.  Integrated Training
incorporates all forms of training including
flexibility, cardiorespiratory, core, balance,
reactive and resistance training.  As life
exists in multiple planes of movement, so
should your training.  To learn more about an

Guidance and Support are the trainers
primary responsibilities.  They are
responsible for making each workout the
best the client has ever experienced.  They
are sources of knowledge about the various
exercise techniques the client will use, as
well as the main source of motivation to work
hard towards the goals set in the initial
assessment.  With equal amounts of
enthusiasm and hard work anything is
possible.
